A good elevator pitch should last no longer than a short elevator ride of less than a minute, hence the name.

Sometimes those strengths are apparent (e.g., communication skills), and sometimes they require a bit more digging to uncover (e.g., developing rapport with people).
When I talk about "meaningful changes," I refer to alterations that help you achieve your goals, feel better about yourself, and adopt a CEO approach to your business management. These changes can be large-scale or small-scale, but ultimately, meaningful change involves consciously deciding what you want for yourself and then going after it.
